Please read carefully before filling out form. All orders require a minimum 2 week notice. Pricing may increase if we need to order specific items. Date is secured once 50% deposit has been sent. No deposit = no order. Labor wage of $15 hourly will be worked into price. Cakes start at $100. Form must be filled out completely, we can always fix once submitted. Buttercream cakes & cupcakes must be refrigerated before placing on table. We are not responsible for once cake leaves kitchen and/or is in your possession. Orders can only be canceled if no items were purchased and/or if we have not already started to bake. Only then will you receive a full refund. Changing dates are not always an option, but if we are able to, a $25 up charge will be added to total. Any allergies must be noted in form so we can take necessary precautions. Rush orders will be charged $50 onto price.
